Lorri L. South

Lorri L. South, age 62, passed away Sunday, April 13, 2025 at the University of Kentucky Chandler Medical Center in Lexington, KY. Lorri was born September 10, 1962 in Madison Heights, MI, a daughter to the late Richard Bailey and Arlene Rose Bailey. She was a supervisor at Conduent for nearly 30 years. In her free-time she loved to travel, spend time with family & friends, but most of all she loved being a grandmother.

  Along with her mother; Arlene Rose (Avery) Bailey, she is survived by 1 son; Nicholas L. Huff of Couer D’Alene Idaho, Natasha Ratliff of Booneville, KY, and April (Otis) Osborne of Beattyville, KY, 2 brothers; Randy (Donna) Bailey of Michigan, and Tracy Bailey of Beattyville, KY, 2 sisters; Tammy (Link) Moore of Beattyville, KY, and Debbie (Lonnie) Shuler of Georgetown, KY, 7 grandchildren; Samuel Trey Turner, Shanta Osborne, Christopher Dean Osborne, Diezel Ratliff, Serenity Charles, Sophie Kenner, and Remi Moore, and many other loving family members, and friends.

   She was preceded in death by her father; Richard Bailey, two brothers; Bill Bailey and Bobby Bailey.

   A celebration of life will be held in her memory at a later date. The Booneville Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
