Larry Dewayne Reece

Larry Dewayne Reece, son of the late Dorsey and Edith Howard Reece was born in Lee County, Kentucky on January 4, 1970 and departed this life in Lexington, Kentucky on May 13, 2025 at the age of 55 years, 4 months, and 9 days. Larry is survived by four children, Matt Reece of Richmond, Kentucky, Savannah Reece of Waynesburg, Kentucky, Brennan Glacken, and Riley Reece both of Danville, Kentucky; four grandchildren, Bray Reece, Colsen Jones, Joseph Glacken, and Aliyah Reece; brothers and sisters, Joan Baker, Laura Holder, and Tim, Johnny, and Benny Reece; a special friend, Kim Dunaway; her daughter Mikayla Dunaway, and granddaughter Ciara Grace; and a host of special nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.

  In addition to his parents, Dorsey and Edith Reece, Larry was preceded in death by two brothers, Wesley and Steve Reece.

A celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
