A Missing Woman Has Been Found

She was trying to hitchhike back to Beattyville

A missing endangered woman, Tiffany Spicer, 28, was missing from Winchester over the weekend and her family thought believe she was hitchhiking to Beattyville before being found.

The Winchester Police Department had said that she is suffering from mental health issues and is insulin dependent. At the time she went missing, she was wearing a pink beanie, with a gray jacket, and blue jeans. She was also carrying a large mesh laundry bag.

She was not missing for long until she was found thanks to law enforcement.
