POLLY OVERBEE LUTES, daughter of the late Seldon and Edna Wilson Overbee, was born on June 24, 1941, and went to meet our Lord on September 15, 2026, in Winchester, Kentucky at the age of 85 years. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother, dearly loved by all. She was a superb wife, homemaker, cook and gardener, especially roses, but loved all flowers. A most caring and giving person, demonstrating strong faith and a member of the Gateway Gospel Church.
She was preceded in death by a loving son, Omer Noe; and a great granddaughter, Kennedy Brynn Turner.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas E. Lutes of Beattyville; one son, Dean Noe (Patti) of Beattyville; two daughters, Debbie Noe Evans (Brian) of Winchester, Kentucky and Melissa Lynn Noe (Charlie) of Campton, Kentucky; one step daughter, Dina Round (Neal) of Theodore, Alabama; 11 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Services held Sept. 19, 2026 at Newnam Funeral Home of Beattyville. Burial; Abner Lutes cemetery, Lee Co. Newnam in charge of arrangements.
