Drivers who use KY 52 (Beattyville Road) in Breathitt County should expect long delays Thursday and Friday, Oct. 9-10, for steel drilling to repair a break in pavement.
The work location is at milepoint 6.0, which is on the east side of Chenowee Hill. Work will take place between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. This will affect traffic between Jackson and Beattyville.
Approximately 1,500 vehicles use this section of KY 52 each day.
