Judy (Kendrick) Mullins, age 70, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2023 at the Lee County Care and Rehabilitation Center in Beattyville, KY. Judy was born December 12, 1952 in Oneida, KY, a daughter to the late Dale and Ethel (Sparks) Kendrick. She is survived by 1 daughter, Lora Brock of Virginia, 1 brother; Tommy, 2 Sisters; Brenda and Janie, special companion, James McGuire, along with many other loving family members and friends. Along with her parents, she was preceded in her husband Bobby. No services were held for Judy. She was laid to rest next to her husband, Bobby in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
