Christmas Angel Tree Application Info for Lee County Parents/ Legal Guardians
   Applications will be taken on Oct. 16th, 2024 at LC Public Library at 10am to 1pm. Eligible for children ages 0-12 of eligible families. Eligibility based upon family/household income. For applications/assistance of filling out/info please contact LC Public Library at 859.624.5826 or Lee Family Resource Center 606.464.5015. Must be a resident of Lee Co. Applying for assistance at any other agency, school, organization or church could disqualify you/your child from the Angel Tree Program. Please do not bring children when signing up. Please make sure to bring ALL needed items the day of sign ups, as this will be the ONLY day the Salvation Army will be at Lee Co. You must bring the following, no hand written notes will suffice. 
- Your valid state issued photo ID that has your current address on it
- Government issued identification for ALL household members such as birth certificates, photo ID, passport, matricula consular ID, Medicaid cards for children, etc. 
- Your CURRENT food stamp award letter listing all family members and eligibility qualifications 
- Proof of ALL household income (pay stubs, SSI, disability, child support, KTAP, etc)
- All household expenses (copy of lease, proof of mortgage, electric, gas, water, cable, internet, phone, car, all types of paid insurance policies, storage rentals, rent to own, personal loans, and any other monthly expenses.
- Official paper copies only and NO social security cards can be used as ID
- Child/children’s clothing sizes
- Possible gift ideas for child/children (please refrain from letting children attend with you)
