Tommie Howard, husband of Sandra Lee McIntosh Howard and son of Edna Mae Salyers Fultz and the late Fonzie Howard was born in Salyersville, Kentucky on January 9, 1960 and departed this life at his home in Beattyville, Kentucky on September 24, 2024 at the age of 64 years, 8 months, and 15 days. He served as a Lee County Constable for 26 years and was a former truck driver for Charles Beach Enterprises. He was a Kentucky Colonel, a member of the Lee County Saddle Club, and enjoyed showing horses, hunting, playing golf, gardening, and electronics.
In addition to his wife, Sandra and mother, Edna Mae Fultz both of Beattyville, Tommie is survived by three children, Tommy Lee Howard and wife Heather of Beattyville, Shania Kamille Caudill and husband Chace of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, and TJ Howard and wife Hallie of Beattyville; eight grandchildren, Brailyn, Natalee, Aubree, Walter, Mason, Evan, Walker, and Penelope; two brothers, Ronnie Howard of Salyersville and James Fultz of Beattyville; and a host of other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Fonzie Howard.
Services held Sept. 28th-29th, 2024 at Newnam Funeral Home of Beattyville. Burial in Riley Cemetery of West Ridge Rd, Lee Co. Newnam in charge of arrangements.
