Susan Dawn Spencer Lutes

Susan Dawn Spencer Lutes, daughter of Phyllis Sue Napier Spencer and the late Clayton Edward Spencer was born in Irvine, Kentucky on March 28, 1974 and departed this life at her home in Beattyville, Kentucky on September 18, 2024 at the age of 50 years, 5 months, and 21 days. 

She was very passionate about her job as an Epidemiologist for the Lee County Health Department because she had a passion for helping others. She loved God, as well as thrifting, couponing, and reading. 
In addition to her mother, Phyllis Spencer, Susan is survived by her four children, Erica Lutes Little and husband Brandon of Jenkins, Kentucky, Kimberly Lutes of Richmond, Kentucky, and Evan and Anderson Lutes of Beattyville; one brother, Jason Spencer of Richmond, Kentucky; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Clayton Spencer.
