Ernest Noe

     The family of 

Ernest Noe is deeply saddened to announce his passing on August 19, 2024. Ernest was born in Cincinnati, Ohio to parents Arthur and Sally Noe who survives him. Ernie was raised in Beattyville with his big Noe family. He was a proud graduate of Lee County High School, class of 1988.

      In addition to his parents, Ernie is survived by four siblings: sisters Kim of Beattyville and Karen (Hendrik) of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and brothers, James Allen (Melissa) and Robert Mark (Cassie) both of Beattyville. He was preceded in death by one brother, Brandon Kevin and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
     Ernie was an avid sports lover, be it baseball, basketball, or football. His favorite college team was Ohio State. He liked any team from Texas for his Major League Baseball and NFL Football. Ernie was known for his love for making others laugh. He loved to tell his jokes to anyone who would listen. He always wanted to leave you with a smile. He also had a memory that rivaling an elephant. If he had ever asked you your birthday, he would not forget it. He would probably tell you somebody you shared a birthday with. Above all, Ernie loved his family, friends, and country. 
    A graveside service was held on August 23, 2024 at the Couch-Brandenburg Cemetery. Pallbearers; Cody Scrivano, Kraig Savage, Dylan Noe, Tyler Phillips, Brandon Hogan, and Steve Mays. Honorary Pallbearers will be James Allen Noe, Robert Mark Noe, Rob Scrivano, Roger Noe, Drexell Noe, and Cameron Noe. Newnam in charge of arrangements.
