KATHY HOWARD COOMER FEGURGUR

KATHY HOWARD COOMER FEGURGUR, the wife of Joseph Quinene Fegurgur of Berea, Kentucky and the daughter of Darrell Glenn Howard of Berea and the late Betty Lou McIntosh Howard, was born in Wolfe County, Kentucky on September 20, 1965, and departed this life in Richmond, Kentucky on August 12, 2024, at the age of 58 years, 10 months and 23 days. She was a homemaker and a volunteer for the American Red Cross.

   In addition to her husband Joseph, and father Darrell, Mrs. Fegurgur is survived by a daughter, Susan Toolin and husband Anthony of New Virginia, Iowa; two sons, Thomas Bradshaw of Columbus, Georgia and Michael Sullivan of Florida; 7 grandchildren, Mariah, Alyssa, Anthony II, Elijah, Hannah Sue, Katherine, and Josiah Toolin; three sisters, Leveta McClellan and husband Tony of Berea, Nola Hobbs and husband Jeff of Beattyville, and Angela Smith and husband Steve of Columbus, Georgia; her aunt, Hazel Sanchez of Columbus, Georgia; and a host of other relatives and friends. Mrs. Fegurgur was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Howard.

   Services held August 15th, 2024 at St. Helens Cemetery of Lee County prior to burial. Newnam in charge of arrangements.
