Nominations for the 2025-2026 Kentucky Poet Laureate are now open

Nominations for the 2025-2026 Kentucky Poet Laureate are now open.

Nominations may come from individuals or organizations within or outside of Kentucky. Nominees must be published, have critical acclaim for work informed by living in Kentucky, and be able to promote the literary arts across the commonwealth in-person and virtually.
