KY 52 in Estill County to be closed Monday, Aug. 11

JACKSON, Ky.  – Drivers who use KY 52 in Estill County between Beattyville and Irvine will have to find an alternate route on Monday, Aug. 11. The road will be closed from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. at milepoint 20.577 for replacement of a drainage pipe. This location is approximately 1/2 mile west of the Lee County line. All travel between Beattyville and Irvine will be affected.

No signed detour will be posted. Drivers can use KY 11, the Mountain Parkway, KY 82, and KY 89 through Wolfe and Powell counties via Clay City as an alternate route to bypass the closure.
