A Hazel Green man has been arrested after being accused of running a meth distribution operation across three Eastern Kentucky counties.
Clyde Rudolph Endicott, 54, of Hazel Green, was arrested Wednesday by the Morgan and Wolfe County sheriff’s offices and Kentucky State Police.
Officers went to his home following his indictment earlier in July on charges of conspiracy to distribute meth, two counts of distributing meth, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Endicott is accused of distributing meth in Wolfe, Breathitt and Magoffin counties.
However, when officers went to arrest him, they found more than 8 lbs. of meth worth more than $50,000 in his home, along with $25,000 in cash.
Endicott pleaded not guilty during his arraignment at the Lexington federal courthouse earlier today. The judge scheduled his trial to take place Oct. 6 in Lexington.
Endicott is being held without bond in the Woodford County Jail.
All are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
