The Aardema Family say Goodbye to the Bobcat Dairy Bar

Last week, James and Katie Aardema (above) announced on the Bobcat Dairy Bar Facebook page that they had sold the Bobcat Dairy Bar.

Katie is quoted as saying, “It’s with a heavy heart that James and I make this post. Sometimes the best intentions, hopes and dreams are not meant to be. We are very sad and disappointed about this, but unfortunately decisions had to be made.

We have agreed to help the new owners as they take over for a transitional period.

After this, we hope to put all our energy and effort into getting Herman’s Brew up and going.

You will see us around here and there still for sure and hope that you will still support the amazing staff and legacy that is the Bobcat Dairy Bar.”

The Aardema Family may be changing title of burger flipper to coffee barista, but we look forward to seeing their new adventure unfold on Main Street when they open Herman’s Brew. We wish them the best of luck.
