Ricky Shuler

Ricky Shuler, 53 of Clay City, husband of Rebecca Ann Brinager Shuler, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at his home. He was born December 4, 1971 in Estill County to the late William Shuler and the late Betty Jean Jordan Lawson. 

Survivors include, wife, Rebecca Shuler; sons, Jordon (Kayla Dawn) Shuler, Billy Bowman, and Logan Bowman; daughter, Macayla (Floyd) Baker; brothers, Elwood Walters, Irvine, Lee Ison, Clay City, and Michael Shuler, Corinth; sisters, Vicky Bush, Clay City, Suzie (Donald) Hatton, Clay City, Lisa (Phillip) Riddell, Irvine, Jessica Shuler, Clay City, and Regina (Kenny) Miskell, Newport; grandchildren, Jaxon, Harley, Khloee, Zoey, Memphis, and Emkay; step-mother, Gail Shuler, Clay City; father and mother-in-law, Jim and Sheila Brinager; special aunts, Mary (Albert) Kirby, Irvine and Peggy Powell, Clay City; and special cousin, Lenny Nester, Winchester. 

Ricky was preceded in death by his son, Alex Shuler; parents, Betty Lawson and William Shuler; sister, Ellery Snowden; grandparents, Elmer and Rosetta Shuler and George and Olga Jordan. 

Services Friday, June 27, 12:00PM by Bro. Gene Johns. Visitation Thursday 5-9pm at the funeral home. 

Burial in Shuler Family Cemetery with Billy Bowman, Logan Bowman, Jeremy Hatton, Christian Hatton, Jacob Bush, Michael Ratliff, Jason Jordan, and Lenny Nester. Honorary pallbearers serving, George Dalton, Larry Dennis, Mitchell Ratliff, and Floyd Baker.
