Linda Stepp, age 76, passed away Friday, June 13, 2025 at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond, KY. Linda was born December 5, 1948, in Booneville, KY, a daughter to the late Johnny Slone and Glacia (Anderson) Slone. She was the widow of Leonard Collins, and was a minister with the Victory Tabernacle Church of God in Richmond, KY. She is survived by 3 sons; Tommy (Henrietta) Collins of Richmond, KY, Michael Collins of Mt. Sterling, KY, and Shane (Denise) Collins of Beattyville, KY, 2 brothers; Nelson and Johnny Slone of Stanford, KY, 4 sisters; Kathy Bryant of Georgia, Judy Poynter and Sue Dick of Richmond, Ky, and Patricia Pitts of Beattyville, KY, 7 grandchildren; Christopher (Kaylee) Collins, Kristen (Cooper) Howard, Katelyn Collins, Eric Coon, Nickia Carpenter, Shana (Noah) Collins and Jamie Mayes and 2 great grandchildren; Riley Kate Collins and soon to be born Palmer Elizabeth Collins along with many other loving family members, and friends. Linda was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Leonard Collins, her parents, one son; Paul Edward Collins, one brother Shannon Slone and three sisters Essie, Dilent and Dessie.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 1 PM at the Booneville Funeral Home with Reverand Geral Richardson and Matt Tackett officiating. Visitation begins at 12 PM prior to the service. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery. The Booneville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
