Snowdust Salad by Mattie Jones from the Beattyville Women's Club Cookbook circa 1970

1st layer: 
1 box lemon Jello
1 box orange Jello
2 cups hot water
1 1/2 cups cold water
1- #2 can crushed drained pineapple
2 diced bananas
1 package mini marshmallows
Mix and let congeal.
2nd layer:
Cook 3/4 cup pineapple juice, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, 1 egg and cook until thick. Cool and pour over 1st layer.
3rd layer:
Whip 1 package cream cheese, 1/2 pint whipping cream. Top other layers. Sprinkle top with grated yellow cheese.
