Brian Smith

Brian Smith, age 63, passed Sunday, April 13, 2025 at his home in Campton, KY. Brian was born October 28, 1961 in Campton, KY, a son to the late John C. Smith and Francis (Sparks) Smith. He was an independent contractor for Ale-8, delivering to communities all around. In his free-time he enjoyed horseback riding, dune buggy rides, mechanic work, and being with his family.

  He is survived by 1 brother; John C, Smith II, 1 sister; Connie (Lola Ray) Griffin, and many loving nieces, nephews, family members, and friends. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife; Barbara Smith, and brothers; Dexter L. Smith, and Timothy C. Smith.

   Funeral services held April 19, 2025 at the Booneville Funeral Home. He was laid to rest beside his wife in the Rock of Ages Cemetery located in Beattyville, KY. The Booneville Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.

   Pallbearers will be Casey Clibern, John Brashears, Alan Clibern, Tim Epperson, Scott Smith, and Brian Brashears.
