Heavenly Salad by Nancy Smith from the Beattyville Women’s Club Cookbook circa 1970
1package lime Jello 
1 package cherry Jello
1 cup whip cream
1 3oz package cream cheese
1- #2 can crush pineapple
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 lb marshmallows
Dissolve lime jello in cup hot water. Place on top of double boiler; add marshmallows. Stir until almost dissolved. Remove from heat and add pineapple. Blend mayo and cream cheese together, add to the above. When cold, fold in whipped cream. Our in flat container. Let sit until firm. Dissolve cherry jello in 2 cups hot water. Cool but do not allow to congeal. Pour over 1st mixture.
