Clay City Man Arrested After Police Chase

According to deputies with the Powell County Sheriff’s Office, on Tuesday, March 18th, Paul Holder Jr, 35, of Clay City, fled on foot and chased by deputies after they pulled him over for a traffic stop.
Police continued following Holder before he jumped in a pond behind a home on Fallen Rd.
Holder was charged with fleeing/evading police in the second degree, tampering with physical evidence, resisting arrest, reckless driving, failure to wear a seat belt, and disregarding a stop sign.
