Silver Dollar Potatoes by Mary Elizabeth Kincaid
- 5 potatoes
- 1 small onion
-1 can cream mushroom soup
-1 can milk
Into buttered casserole dish, slice potatoes, onion and add 1 can cream mushroom soup, diluted with one can milk. Bake 1 hour 350 degrees. Serve hot.
