James Edward Stamper,

James Edward Stamper, son of the late Linda Butt and James “Jim” Carol Stamper was born in Irvine, Kentucky on January 20, 1963, and departed this life at his home in Lee County, Kentucky on Friday, March 7th, 2025 at the age 62.

   He formerly worked at Breathitt County Tire Retreading.

   Mr. Stamper was preceded in death by his brother Gerald Daniel Stamper. He leaves behind his brother John Steven Stamper and a host of relatives and friends.

   A memorial service may be scheduled at a later date.
