Emergency Road Aid Funds Awarded to Lee County

JACKSON, Ky.  – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet today announced that the Lee County Fiscal Court will receive $47,980 in County Road Aid emergency funds for repair of a slide on Dunigan Branch Road (CR 1115).

“The Transportation Cabinet is pleased to approve this request for funding to provide assistance to Lee County to repair and maintain safe connections in the community,” said Transportation Secretary Jim Gray. 

The slide to be repaired is 0.551 miles south of Long Shoal Road.

The Lee County Fiscal Court is responsible for administering the work.
