Basketball Recap: Lee County Takes a Loss

Lee County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were six points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 64-58 heartbreaker at the hands of the Owsley County Owls / Lady Owls. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Bobcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 73-55 back in January.
Lee County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Owsley County, their victory bumped their record up to 6-16.
Lee County didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 73-58 loss against Wolfe County on the 31st. Owsley County has also already played their next contest, a 78-57 defeat against Whitley County on the 1st.
