Powell County Grand Jury indicts man on drug charges

A Clay city man was arrested today after a grand jury indictment. Anthony Allen, age 43, was arrested stemming from a drug investigation that began on December 19, 2024.

According to Stanton Police, Allen was lodged on the following charges..

– Trafficking in Cont Sub, 1st Degree, 2nd Offense (Fentanyl)

– Trafficking in Cont Sub, 1st Degree, 2nd Offense (Methamphetamine)

– Public Intoxication

– Drug Paraphernalia (Buy/Possess)
