Roy Simpson McIntosh

Roy Simpson McIntosh, widower of Gerline Brandenburg McIntosh and son of the late Ell and Edna Couch McIntosh was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 24, 1946 and departed this life in Winchester, Kentucky on December 23, 2024 at the age of 78 years and 29 days. He was a former mechanic, a minister, and a member of the Trinity Pentecostal Church-Scoville.

  Mr. McIntosh is survived by his daughter, Tina Ward and husband Jamie of Beattyville, Kentucky; a son, Roy Edward McIntosh and girlfriend, Ryan Faulkner of Booneville, Kentucky; three grandsons, Jacob Scott Ward of Manchester, Connecticut, Devin Lee Taulbee of Clay City, Kentucky, and Shane Taulbee of Elsmere, Kentucky; his nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.

    In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters.

   Services held December 29th, 2024 at Newnam Funeral Home of Beattyville. Burial in Joe Brandenburg Cemetery of Lee Co. Newnam in charge of arrangements.
