How to Cook a Turkey (According to LCE Kindergarteners)

Mrs. K’s Class

Henry- I will go get one at the farm. Then cook it in the kitchen oven on 30 hundreds degrees. I will share it with a thousand people, everyone in the world.

Kenlee- First, I will go get one in the woods. Take it home in the truck and cook it in the microwave for 10 minutes. I will share it with family, mom and dad.

Ryder- I will go to the farm to get a turkey. I will cook it in the oven at Mamaw & Papaw’s house for 15 minutes. I will share it with my family, the farmers, and Johnny Appleseed.

Ava- I will go to the farm to get one. Then I will grill it at home for 2 hours. I will share it with my family, EVERYONE in my family!

Lincoln- I will go to the woods to get my turkey. Then I will cook it in the oven at my house for 10 minutes. I will share it with all of my family and anyone in the whole world that needs it.

Liam- I will go to the farm to get my turkey. I will cook it in the oven at my house for 50 minutes. I will share it with my mom, dad, and whole family.

Wesley- I will find one in the woods. Then I will cook it with vegetable oil in the big campfire for 10 minutes. I want to share it with my family. I’m so thankful for my cousins.

Braxton- I will go to the woods to get my turkey. Then I will cook it on the frying pan at home for 30 minutes. I will share with my family, Dad, Mom, Colton, and Hunter.

Colton- I will go to the woods to find one. Then I will cook it on the stove at home for 20 hours. l share it with my papaw, nanny, mom, dad, and brothers.

Jhett- I will hunt one in the forest. Then I will cook it in the oven at home for 100 minutes. I will share it with my whole family, mom and dad.

Carter- I will get one at WalMart. I will cook it on the stove at home for 1,000 years. I will share it with my dog, dad, and mom.

Caitlynn- I will go to WalMart and buy a turkey. Then I will cook it in a pan on an outside fire for 10 minutes. I will share it with my whole family and all the kids in my class.

Saylor- I will go to Sav-a-Lot to get a big turkey. Then I will put it in the oven at my house for 20 minutes. I will share it with my whole family, Nanny and Papaw Chris.

Easton- I will go hunt one in the woods with Dad. I will cook it on the stove at my house for 20 minutes. I will share it with Dad. I am so thankful for my Dad.

Benjamin- I will get my turkey at the farm. I will cook it in the oven at home for 30 minutes, get it out and eat it. I will share it with my brother. I am thankful for Jesus.

Octavia- I will buy a turkey at the Dollar Store. Then I will cook it in the oven at home for 68 minutes. I will share it with ShyLynn. I am very thankful for God.

Troy- I will go to the woods to get a turkey. Then I will cook it in the oven at home for 50 minutes. I will share with my mommy.

Hannah- I will get my turkey at the farm. Then I will cook it in the oven at home for 10 minutes. I will share it mommy. I am very thankful for Mommy and Daddy.

Tessa- I will buy a turkey at the Dollar Store. We will cook it in the oven for 100 minutes. I will share it with mom and dad. I am thankful for my mom.

Owen- My turkey will come from the jungle. I will steam him in a big pot for 20 minutes when I get home. I will share him with 3,000 people. I am thankful for all people.

ShyLynn- I will go to WalMart to get a turkey. I will cook it in the oven for 10 minutes. I want to share it with all of my friends and family.

Larkon- I will buy one at WalMart. Then cook it on the grill for 2,000 minutes. I will share it with my neighbors and Nan.

Mrs. Wilder’s Class

Easton – First, you put the turkey in the oven on hot. Next, in a minute you take it out. Then you get the table ready for Thanksgiving. Last, you eat it.

Alexander – First, you put the turkey in the over on 46 degrees. Next, you take it out and put it on the plate. Last, you eat it.

Emerson J. – First you put the turkey in a pan and roast it. Next, put it on the table. Last, you eat it.

Adalynn – First, you put the turkey in the oven for 9 minutes. Next, put it in the fridge. Last, eat it. Save the leftovers.

Link – First, cook the turkey in the house. Next, cut it up. Last, eat it outside on the table.

Nevaeh – First, put the turkey in the over for 5 minutes. Next, take it out of the oven and put it on the table. Last, eat it with ketchup.

John- First, I get the turkey at the store. Next, I cook it with an oven and microwave, and put chicken sauce on it. Last, eat it.

Taylor- First, I get the turkey at Wal-Mart. Next, I cook it in the fryer with salt. Last, I give it to people.

Colton- First, I buy it. Next, I cook it in the oven. Last, I cut it in half to eat.

Paisleigh- First, I get a turkey at the store. Next, cook it with butter in the microwave. Last, you eat it with BBQ.

Kaylee- First, get the chicken at the store. Next, eat it with a fork. Yummy!

Raylan- First, daddy makes the turkey from fried chicken and other meat. Next, he puts it in a bowl and cooks it in the oven. Then he puts it on the table to cool down. Last, he calls us for supper and we eat. Then we watch TV on the couch.
