Nancy Fox,

Nancy Fox, widow of Ray Donald Fox and the daughter of the late Frank and Helen Kincaid Schaefer was born in Dayton, Ohio on July 19, 1942 and peacefully departed this life at her home in Beattyville, Kentucky on April 24, 2024 at the age of 81 years, 9 months, and 5

days.

Mrs. Fox is survived by five children, Debbie Steinhauer (Brad) of

Crittenden, Kentucky, Barbara Brandenburg (Danny) of Beattyville, Kentucky, Susan Pettit (James) of Richmond, Kentucky, Michael Fox, and Ricky Fox (Jolene) all of Beattyville, Kentucky; three grandchildren, Shane Steinhauer, Candice Kelley, and Autumn Fox;

five great grandchildren, Brooklyn Steinhauer, Caleb and Emma Pettit,

Sadie Kelley, and Luke Steinhauer; one brother, Michael Schaefer of

Clay City, Kentucky; special friends and neighbors, Larry and Marsha Dunahoo; and a host of other relatives and friends.

In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Fox was preceded in death by her aunt and uncle, Lenville and Nell Price; a grandson, Craig Pettit; and her 4 siblings, Trudy Boggs, Jerry Schaefer, Sandra Smith, and Ricky Schaefer.

Funeral services were held Sunday, April 28, 2024 at Newnam

Funeral with Rev. Ricky Isaacs officiating. Burial following in the Ray

D. Fox Memorial Cemetery. Newnam in charge of arrangements.
